Manuela is an accomplished dentist who graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School in 1997. She runs her private practice in Mount Pleasant, PA, where she continues to practice dentistry.

In 2012, Manuela started incorporating Botox and Juvéderm treatments into her practice. Since 2018, she has been working with the Laser Hair and Skin Center of Monroeville.

Manuela worked as a dentist in Germany before moving to the New York and Pittsburgh area after getting married. Although she was born and raised in Germany, Pittsburgh has been her home since 1992.
